Windows 95 /Tubotax/internet access

HELP!!! Im running Windows 95 . Recently installed Turbotax Delux and never had
a problem in the past years. It wont let me use the "update feature" or internet
options. all my other programs are working
Help Please

You might want to see if this article from Intuit helps. It seems that "Why
am I unable to connect to the Internet through Turbo Tax" is one of the top
10 questions.

If this doesn't help, then I'd see if something that you load at startup is
causing the problem. Here's an article that may help you. Among other
things, it points out the locations of items that load at Startup:

There is also a freeware program called Startup Manager that can assist you
in removing and restoring items from the Windows startup:
