Content Advisor

On my initial log in a window box pops up tellng me there is missing
information in my content advisor and to go to the control panel to
correct this. For some reason no matter what I do to my content advisor it
doesn't stay after I hit apply, it looks like it has changed but if I go
back in there are no changes. It will not allow me to browse the net.

problem.
