I have been install Ethernet PCI card which request EMM386 V4.46 or later
to works.
Win 3.11 for works group have EMM386 V3.xx only and Ethernet lan card
doesn't works.
Where found (if exist ?) Emm386.exe v4.46 requested .
Nothing about V4.46 on microsoft webb site
Any information will be appreciated

According to this, WFWG 3.11 comes with Ver 4.48. Look in the Windows
directory.
I never heard of Ver 3.xx. It must have come with an earlier DOS.
If you have Version 4.45 (the one that came with DOS 6.0), you can upgrade
to Ver 4.49 using the Microsoft self-extracting file EMM622.EXE. See
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q122/4/15.asp ("Updated
EMM386.EXE and MSD.EXE Available for MS-DOS 6.0, 6.2").
