Hello,
You can use next programs:
===
Freeware "CardMate" by Gregory Guttmann
Welcome to CardMate! This is just a simple application to
extract useful information from a cardfile (.CRD format). The
information you extract will be saved in a plain-text ASCII
format and can be edited with a wordprocessor. You can extract
the whole card, telephone numbers, email addresses, mailing
addresses, or just dates.
===
Freeware "WINCRD" by Richard Haw
Windows Cardfile Text Conversion Program
The program WINCRD is a little program which converts TEXT ONLY
files in Microsoft Windows Cardfile to and from ASCII files.
===
Freeware "Txt2Crd" by Doug Overmyer
Build .CRD files from Formatted ASCII
Txt2Crd lets you create a .CRD card file from a formatted ASCII
text file. Typically you create the text file from an existing
database, and Txt2Crd turns it into into a file that you can use
with the Windows Cardfile program.
===
Also, Microsoft Outlook is capable to import .CRD files.
WBR,
Artur

How 'bout using some search engine? :-)

http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/systems/ibmpc/umich.edu/windows/util/wincrd.zip
ftp://ftp.cica.indiana.edu/pub/pc/win3/util/t2cd10.zip
The last link seems to be dead (due to CICA site's redesign), so
you'll have to use mirrors. Of course, I can send mentioned utils
directly, if somebody have troubles finding them.
