Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration under "Network Configuration Operators" account

Hello All,

if I call the methods of Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration under
account which is a member of "Network Configuration Operators" group I
recieve "Access denied" error, although I can change the same network
settings either in GUI or using netsh. It works under Administrator
account only. Why network configuration permissions aren't enought in
WMI (WinXP) ?
