How to query a particular IIS 6 application pool?

Hello,

I'm trying to use WMIC to check on the health of a particular application
pool. The Performace Counter we've been using is "Requests In Application
Queue", the Instance name is _LM_w3svc_493933098_root_webcoach_forums.

I must not be understanding the documentation for WMI, or how to use it.
Either pointers to examples or docs to read would be very useful,
