How to change the StartMode in wmic command?

I use this wmic to change the startmode of termservice:
C:\Windows\system32>wmic service where Name="TermService" set StartMode="Auto"
Updating property(s) of '\\B-PC\ROOT\CIMV2:Win32_Service.Name="TermService"' Property(s) update successful.
but when I show the state, the StartMode still is "Manual"?
C:\Windows\system32>wmic service where Name="TermService" get Started, StartMode
Started StartMode
TRUE Manual
