Pankaj,
you may want to take a look at Helen Warn's C# wrapper for TAPI2.

Regarding TAPI and .NET see KB article "841712 - Telephony Application
Programming Interface (TAPI) functionality is not supported from managed
code".

See my TAPI and TSPI FAQ:

Q: Are there any KB articles on TAPI available ?

Hello Panpro,

We are here in Cisco territory (Raleigh NC) and have developed Cisco
specific "TeleSense (c)" into our tools. You may want to look here for
some Cisco information. We have a lot more that we provide only to
customers since a few of our competitors keep copying all of the stuff
we work so hard to learn and pass it off as their own work. :)

We also have some C# samples, but they use our TeleTools component
instead of direct TAPI which is quite a bit easier to use. You didn't
mention the scope of your project, but it is very important to know
what you need to do. Getting Caller ID from incoming calls to do
screen pops is one thing and handling route points to transfer calls is
another.

Yes, I know Cisco will not support customers using TAPI 3.x so Hellen Warn's
wrapper might be what you want. Alternativly you could look at the Exceltel
tools. Finally, you could write a DLL or ActiveX wrapper and probably use
that from .Net.
