Basic idea is you get a LINECALLSTATE_OFFERING (possibly proceeded by a
LINE_NEWCALL) and you call lineAnswer(). Then you use the
lineGatherDigits() API. Note however that your telephony hardware and your
TAPI Service Provider (TSP) must support lineGatherDigits(). If it doesn't
then you are out of luck. Play with the TAPI browser and see if your TSP
does support this API.

The function lineMonitorDigits can also be used. In fact, Unimodem/V
supports it, but doesn't support lineGatherDigits.
