Lowest version supporting Call center control and ACD

Hi friends,

Can any one tell me that which lowest version of TSPI supports the call
center controll and ACD proxy functionality?

What I am trying to ask is if I want to use the call center control and ACD
functionality inTAPI aplication as a part of 3rd party CTI application then
which is the lowest TAPI (or TSPI) version should be negotiated between TSP
and TAPISRV?

Mohit,
you need at least TAPI 2.0.

Please check TAPI.H or MSDN on specific ACD functions
(lineGet/SetAgentXxx()).
E.g. lineGetAgentCaps() requires 2.0, lineGetAgentInfo() requires 2.2
