How do I tell to use CIF instead QCIF?. Because I'm running on a Local Lan
with 100% network quality all time and still RTC is using CIF, both web-cams
support CIF format and RTC MaxBitRate is set to maximum (1.000.000).
MaxAudioVideoBitRate
The MaxAudioVideoBitRate value is of type REG_DWORD and limits bandwidth
that RTC client applications can use for audio and video calls. If you do
not configure this policy setting, RTC client applications use as much
bandwidth as is available and necessary for audio and video calls.
I set the registry MaxAudioVideoBitrate to 300.000 and still I can set on
the RTC MaxBitRate between 0 and 1.000.000. It should return False or an
exception!!!. Why?
Gustavo.

What about the second question?

P.S.: Documentation tells that MaxAudioVideoBitrate and PortRange is a
value.
But if you look on your registry you will see for the current configuration
for RTC 1.3 PortRange is a key and not a value.
Then I guess then MaxAudioVideoBitrate also will be a key and the
documentation may be is not updated.
Anyway I put MaxAudioVideoBitrate in both places as key and value and it
didn't work.

Did you find a solution to your problem?
I have the same problem trying to improve the image quality for a
conferencing application based on RTC.
Thank you
