How to set the Presence status in RTC ?

HI, i am developing with RTC

1. EnablePresenceEx()
2. SetLocalPresenceInfo()
3.EnableProfileEx()
4. SetLocalPresenceInfo()

both 2 and 4 does not work.

i tried to set my status to ONLINE, but it can not work.
I can received PresenceStatusChange Event which would tell me that i
set my status successfully,
But in server, there is no message received

My Sip Server is kamailio 1.5

Is it possible Microsoft RTC does not work with the standard sip
protocol , so it can not work with kamailio ?

With kamailio, RTC can register, send message, start a call, but can
not set the status, it is quite strange

Anyone can help ? Thanks
