Condition =>>
Send To Mail Recipient Issue:
OR
The issue that leads to open MAPI Forms
instead of Outlook Explorer/Inspector.
Actual Working =>>
Send To Mail Recipient link actually uses a Simple MAPI call
to create a new mail message (which the default happens to be Outlook).
Since your MAPI form provider happens to be Outlook,
an Outlook MAPI form is created.
But since it wasn't Outlook that created the inspector,
Outlook doesn't keep track of that inspector, so the inspector count is
still 0.
Outlook.exe does start and the add-in keys are enumerated and manifests are
loaded.
Problem =>>
In this case I am finding some solution that leads
to track events(activate, decativate, send, close, etc...) on MAPI form.
Our Outlook add-in gets all the Outlook events when Outlook Application is
Running.
I am not getting how do I identify (programmatically) MAPI Forms.
It would be of great help if anyone could suggest the solution.

but can I get Send event when clicked on send button on Simple MAPI form?
Rather, can I get other events on Simple MAPI form?
Thanks
