Do you talk about how many Ampers your Devices
consumes or do you want to react to System Power events
like PNP Notifications?

the only chance you have is to get the data and technical
sheets of all components in your computer and then
calculate how many watts the stuff uses from all the information
you collected from the sheets,...you possibly will get also ampers
information either from sheets of from calculation:
1 A = 1 W / V
1 A = 1 W / V = 1 W · V-1
