I have W NT 4.0 and VC++ 6.0.
I'd like to kill, from inside one of my processes, a process whose
executable
name is known.
Is it possible? If yes, how?

Search MSN on PSAPI, you'll find the right API calls. You have to enumerate
the processes, & retrieve their module names one at a time.
