The Microsoft Windows Driver Kit 7.0.0.7600 refers to SMB functions
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms790467.aspx) which are supposed
tobe supported but thet are missing.
There are no samples or source code to illustrate that API, it seems it
exists only in MSDN. Any help??

Kind regards

I installed the DTK version 6.0.0.0 and the smbbatt sample does not exists,
even the directory structure is different, I mean, this file tree does not
exists src\wdm\acpi\smbbatt\smbbatt.c
Is v 6.0.0.0 the rigth one? Do you have this sample -and can you provide it
to me-?
Thank you so much.

I mean, I have a MSDN suscription, which one is not grouped by version,
instead is organized by shippings.
Thanks,

I finally found it. The smbbatt sample was shipped on these dates:
NOV 2005. V 5112
DIC 2005. V 2600.1106
JUL 2006. V 3790
I think MSDN shipments prior 2006 also contain it.
Thank you. Now I'm studying the sample for better understand.
