JPEG compatible DC

I would like to create a 24bit color DC whose bits will be eventually
written to a JPEG format graphic file. I'd like the DC to be independent
of the display and printer DCs. Any suggestions on how to best do this?

To my knowledge, Windows has no _native_ support for JPEGs. Thus, you would
probably have to by some software. Stingray's Objective Toolkit will let you
manipulate JPEGs.
