DirectX SDK Aug 2009 setups hangs

Hello Folks,
when I ran DirectX SDK setup on my windows XP machine and click on
"next" button on first screen the system freezes for a bit and then
nothing happens.
The first screen still persists and clicking again on the "next"
button nothing happens.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you send me (offline) your DXDIAG output, DirectX.Log & DirectX_SDK.log
files (from %WINDIR%\Logs)?
