HttpSendRequest is prompting for the Smart Card Pin

I have written one server client Application in which I can login using Smart
Card. When my I try to login using Active Identity Card. It is not prompting
for pin.
Card. When my I try to login using Active Identity Card. It is not prompting
for pin.
But When I try to login using .Net Card. It prompts for the pin.
Repro steps:

1. When i try to login using Active Identity smart card.
2. HttpSendRequest() works without pin prompt.
1. When I try to login uisng .Net Cards.
2.HttpSendRequest() function prompts for pin.
Please help why this HttpSendRequest() function is prompting the pin. What
is the senario in which it prompts for pin.
