I have a win 7 pro PC there is an application that runs from our server, it
calls another exe and they communicate using the local TCP stack 127.0.0.1,
when I try to run the application I get an - 'unable to communicate on
127.0.0.1' error. I have spoken to support for the application and all they
could tell me was something in Win 7 is blocking this communication - they
don't support win 7!! Apart from firewall, AV and defender all of which are
disabled does anyone know of a service in Win 7 which could cause this to
happen?
