We have set up an NT terminal server to allow staff in our offices in different
countries (with different time zones) access to an application that uses the
system settings to display times.

I need to find a way to allow users to access the terminal server with system
time settings that match the location they are in. It seems that this is not
possible in NT 4 Terminal Server version. I wonder if it is possible with Windows
2000 Server?

You need a third party app like TimeMachine. http://www.appsense.net has one
to support multiple time zones too.
