PLEASE HELP COMPUTER DOPE!!!
Microsoft WindowsXP Home 2002 w/ svcpk2.
AV2009 inadvertently downloaded by daughter, (I Uninstalled). I have had
problems ever since. Purchased STOPZilla & Regestry Defender, both seemed
to help but...
SPRTCMD.EXE states does not respond
ACTIVE SERENITI MONITOR states system can not locate the object specified.
ERROR: Failed to load SCORE.dll.

CAN'T UPDATE - ERROR 0x800704DD I have tried everything!
I am Computer Stupid, can't afford any more paid installments. Are there
