I have L2TP/IPSEC VPN setup to my Windows 2003 domain controller. Remote
laptop users who are configured in workgroups connect here through VPN.

These remote users have been given domain user-id password. What is the best
way that users can periodically change their domain passwords from remote
computer ?
Should I look at Terminal service - I donot have application mode license?
Is there a command line facility ? Is there a HTTP facility in Windows 2003
Domain controler for this ?
