I am getting multiple eg. ~15-20 error messages

Title is %PROCESSNAME%.exe - Entry Point Not Found
Body is "The procedure entry point DnsApiFree could not be located in
the dynamic link library DNSAPI.dll."

This is killing me, i had a server fail 1.5 weeks ago, was able to use
the recovery console to remove SP4, upon rebooting I get these errors.

Fine I schedule downtime and reinstall SP4, machine boots fine now
instead of being in a constant rebooting loop, as it did when the
server crashed.

But i am still getting these errors

I need to get this fixed but am unable to find anything about
DnsApiFree

any suggestions would be very appreciated

Windows 2000 SBS SP4 (currently)

Hi Donald,

You've got your SBS fully patched, right? How many nics in your server? Have
you got DNS-server installed? Have you scanned for viruses?
Check www.smallbizserver.net for your setup.

"recovery console to remove SP4". By running the batch file? If so,
you then could boot normally to _continue_ via Add/Remove and _fully _
uninstall the SP. If this is not the problem I have assumed the wrong
thing. :-)
