DHCP Relay.. HELP!! PLEASE!!!

I can't get DHCP relay agent to work.. I have a Linux
server as a DHCP server and a w2k as a RRAS server.. I
added the DHCP relay agent protocol and then added the
interface and attched it to the Inside (Physical NIC) I
also tried the Internal (Logical NIC) and then added the
IP address of the Linux server. The linux server is
getting the request and sends the IP address, but the
Remote Clients aren't getting the IP address needed..
