Win98 clients dialing into my W2K RAS Server which is also my DHCP, DNS,
WINS & DC are given an IP address, but fail to get other DHCP scope options
(Router IP, WINS IP, DNS IP, Subnet Mask etc.). Anybody have any ideas what
I'm missing or doing wrong?

Hey :)

As Microsoft states in their knowledge base articles,
there are actually only a few DHCP options that DHCP Service on a RRAS
server assigns to clients.

NOT all options are used for RRAS Clients.

These include IP address and subnet mask.
These do not include DNS Server address, WINS server address.
This is by design.
DNS/WINS addresses are assigned usually from two factors: 1) RRAS Server
settings; 2) Client settings. There are several cases here, depending on
whether RRAS Client has some options set.
