Missing Interfaces and folder Ip Routing Nat

Anyone ever see all the routing interfaces disappear in RRas MMc
and have rras Internet connection sharing working ok for users.
Ip Routing context and all sub protocols under it also not showing up.
Netsh ras dump shows complete configuration as expected.
Delete & rebuild rras server / disable / rebuild same issue.
Oddly configure and enable routing and remote access is greyed out
after I disable rras like the configuration is locked, adding server puts
it right back in the same condition.

RRas is finally fixed believe it or not.
Seems it was security permissions as suspected
but never would believe it was the Remote
Registry Service Account causing it. Setting
the administrator account on service now
allows full administration of rras snapin extensions.
Local System Account default was not allowing access
as it had in the past. Set domain/controller group policy
templates security for the service, Administrators group/
System as was not configured before just as an
added measure of forced behavior. {: ))

The MMC can control the RRAS config on any machine in your network, so
it uses the remote registry service. So even if the MMC and RRAS are in fact
