Everytime i restart my computer which is running Win2k
(SP4) i get the following error:

usrbridg.exe
The instruction at "0x77e90867" referenced memory
at "0x0000080c". The memory could not be written.
I also can't use telnet. I have reinstalled win2k but that
hasn't fixed the issue. This error started poping up
recently. How can i fix up the error and restore my
computer to a stable state.
