Event ID 8021 and 8032

Okay I have successfully licked the disconnect problem but now I am getting
these browser errors.
I have 2 branch offices connecting to each other via ISA/VPN over SDSL. Both
branches are on the same domain but different subnets. Both branches have a
separate DC running DNS and WINS. both ISA/VPN Servers are also running DNS.

Every two hours I see the event ID: 8021 "the browser was unable to retrieve
a list of servers from the browser master \\servername on the network
\device\NetBT_Tcpip_{hw address}. the data is the errorcode.
Shortly followed by Event ID: 8032 "the browser service has failed to
retrieve the back up list too many times on transport
\device\NetBT_Tcpip_{hw address}. The backup browser is stopping.
I am assuming that this is NetBIOS over TCP/IP. The addresses listed above
are connected to the IP assigned by the Remote VPN server.
Anybody got any help for me???
