Hi,
I have a cable broadband connection on a 2000 server. Its got 2 NICS, one
dedicated to the Cable modem. The other ready to share on my network.
I tried setting RRAS but other computers don't get internet. I am using
static IP all round. (except broadband which changes every 2 months or so).
What steps do I take to share the internet to other computers. They all are
on the same subnet range.
I actually had this working b4 the old machine blew up.
can't remember how I did it. I set up NAT and static IP. I thought that was
it but obviously not.

TIA 4 ur elp!

If the clients are using static IPs, make sure their DG and DNS
point to the server's LAN IP. NAT should then forward DNS requests to the
DNS server at the ISP, and forward traffic to the Internet using NAT address
translation.
