"Printer not found on server, unable to connect" with IPP on Win2k

I just setup a Win2k box as a print server, and when I go
to http://computername/printers, I see the list of
printers. When I click on the printer I receive the
following error:

Error Code: 80070709
Description: Printer not found on server, unable to
connect.
Note: Open Helper
This happens both on computers within the local network
and on external networks.
Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Anyone? The printer is showing up in Network
Places/Network Neighborhood but I just can't view it's
details from teh website. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Also wanted to add that the drivers for my printer, an HP Color Inkjet
cp1700, are WHQL certified. Win2k has all service packs applied.
