Printing to Multiple Domain Printers

In our application, using Windows API routines we are
printing documents. While doing so, as per our
requirement, we are changing the currently installed
printer queue/port information as per our requirement.
This is working fine when the changed queue is in the same
domain, but if it is in different domain then it gives an
error (Access privilege). How to over come this issue?

Requirement: We want to print a document to any printer in
the same domain where the system is logged in or to the
different domain.
