I have several traveling laptop users that need to connect to different
domains. The problem we are experiencing is that when they leave our home
domain and try to connect to a different domain, the only option in the "Log
On Domain" drop down is our home domain. Then they have to go through the
whole "Network ID/ Wizard " gyrations and change the domain. Now then when
they come back to the home domain, it's not in the drop down box and again
we have to go through the Network ID/wizard gyrations to get them back on
thier home domain. How can you genertate a list of log in domains on the
drop down list without haveing to go through the Network ID gyrations???
Please keep in mind some of the technicians may have to log into as many as
10 to 15 different domains - Sounds f*cked up but thats the way they do it.

This is usually because it can not see the Domains on a
WAN. I you go to another location and do not connect to or
dial in throught you will not have the options to logon to
another domain. Make sure they connect to the local LAN
first.

do these domains have trust relationships? are they ad domains? if they are
ad domains you can tell the users to try logging in as us...@domain.whatever
in the 'username' box.
