Help ME: Local Area Connection Problem

My network work fine but I can't go to properties on Local Area Connection
After 30sec ,I've got a message " An unexected error occured"

and I have this error in event viewer

Event ID: 10010

are you using citrix metaframe on win2k terminal services?
if so have a look at this article

if not then this event ID seems unrelated to your problem. try to reapply
sp2 and then see if the propbel still persists and what other errors are
desplayed.
