Changing Network Identification

Per the information in My Computer-Properties-Network
Identification:

1. Can the computer name (e.g. WORKSTATION1) be
changed/deleted without corrupting existing
profile/configuration?

2. Can the domain name (e.g. DOMAIN.COM) be
changed/deleted without corrupting existing
profile/configuration?

3. Can the workgroup (e.g. WORKGROUP) be changed/deleted
without corrupting existing profile/configuration?

4. Can additional workgroups be added, either to an
existing user profile or to a new user profile?

If so, on any of the above, how? Via the Network ID Wizard?
