MRxSMB 3034 errors

My event logs on a range of servers are now filled with
MRxSMB errors
Win2000 Domain, 4 DC's, 2GCs
Servers are Terminal Servers, Win2k SP3, Q304229
Citrix XP1.0 FR2

These errors occur when logging onto the console and are
not a citrix issue

event ID: 3034
The redirector was unable to initialize security context
or query context attributes.

These appear on each user logon. User profiles are taking
a while to load, sitting at the applying security policy
page.

I have checked that the clocks are synchronised, I have
tried removing one server from the domain and placing it
back in and still get the error.

Group policys are applied on user logon, and I believe the
issue is with either roaming profile shares and perms, or
with folder redirection. Users do have full control
rights to these areas.

I do have some other servers that also contain these
entries in their eventlogs, but far fewer of them.
