WMS buffering WMP / VLC

Hello,
i got a live stream with windows media encoder pushing it to my WMS9 server,
this broadcasts the mms.
Now when i load my mms in Windows media player the buffering is really bad, it
goes from 40 percent to 21 and then eventually shows the video. After like 5
seconds WMP stops playing the video and gives an error. I have this on every
WMP
instance, this worked fine before but all of the sudden it gives theses
problems.
In VLC however the stream comes up faster and doesn't stop at all, even if i
open multiple instances.
I know this isnt a bandwidth problem since the upload of the WMS server is
50mbit.
Ideas anyone?
