Hello
I'm looking for possibility to programmatically cancel installation of
windows installer 3.1. WI 3.1 is installed in custom bootstrapper by running
WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe file (from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=889482fc-5f56-4a38-b838-de776fd4138c&displaylang=en)
with /quiet command line key. If this file is run manually - there is
possibility to cancel installation. But is there any chance to do it
programmatically?
I need something like "Tracking and Canceling a Silent .NET Framework 3.0
Setup Process" described in
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa663365.aspx
I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Actually I cannot help you with the issue but rather I want to ask you
whether you've found the way to solve it, since I need to do something
