we plan to install 2 Windows 2000 Advanced Server. The Clients are Windows
and Macintosh.
The both Server has SAN Datastorage. On the first Server we will create a
Volume with 500 GB, on the second Server two Volumes with 250 GB.
My Questions:
are there any problems with the sizes of Volumes by Windows and Macintosh
Clients ?
i want to build the 2 Servers to an Cluster. it is possible that the
Macintosh Clients can connect to the Cluster and uses the Volumes ?
are there any other problems ?
Best Regards,
Werner

I am not pretty sure, but I believe SFM does not work too with high
level cluster solutions like DoubleTalk. Somebody can confirm (or not)
?
I use a replication task to copy regularly modified files from source
server to target server. I have developped a little program to do
that:

Of course it does not pretend to rivalise with true cluster systems,
but it's cheap and runs with Macintosh files.
