DCOM errors in Event Log

I keep getting the following three errors logged in my event viewer at
exactly the same time.....
exactly the same time.....
all three are Source DCOM event ID 10005
DCOM got error "The service database is locked. " attempting to start the
service netman with arguments "" in order to run the server:

service IISADMIN with arguments "" in order to run the server:
Two of these errors are associated with a user account the IISADMIN is
assocaited with the SYSTEM account....
Any Help Is Appreciated.......
