Looking For A Microsoft Clearinghouse Phone Number

Hello...

I'm looking for a Microsoft Clearinghouse Phone Number in
the US or in Canada.
The reason is that we are running Terminal Services
Licensing server and the our problem is that we don't know
how to remove licenses that are associated with test/dead
machines. Because of all those dead machines are taking up
precious licenses and now we are almost out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
