Perfmon Counter Errors

After I install IIS 5, there are several Event Log errors
relating to the IIS perfmon counters. I've tried
searching the KB and tried restoring counters as one
article suggested, but that appeared to restore the
original counters before IIS was installed. Any help
would be appreciated. The errors are below.
