I just upgrade win2000 with the service pack 2. Now where do I delete the
backup files that the service pack made of the old win2000?

It was a hidden folder under %SystemRoot%, Its name
with "$NtServicePackUninstall$.

Austin thanks for your help. I found the file in the recycle bid with the
file name you indicated. Is this the right file?
