I want to update the windows 2000 server to SP4 but can't
complete. A error occur which is "Setup cannot copy the
file NETSTAT.EXE." I search my server all drive but can't
found it. When i use Recovery Console mode. I can see
this file at system32 folder. Who can tell me what the
problem is? I'm waiting your reply. Thanks!

Check for the presence of this backdoor trojan on your machine, it causes
similar issues:

r.html

If it is not on the machine, check permissions to the root and that file
and make sure you arent just seeing a permissions issue.
