Dual Monitors with two video cards

I've tried this on two different pcs with two different sets of videocards,
but I get the same error message on both cards. They both say error device
cannot start code 10
I've tried reinstalling the drivers, looking for the lastest, unplugging and
plugging the cards physically. The strange thing is, it worked fine on 98...
And I have dual boot on both of the systems and it works fine... any
suggestions?
