The error I am getting when I try to start the
Certification Authority Manually is "Cannot find object
or property. 0x80092004 (-2146885628)"

In the Application Event Log I get Event ID
42 "Certificate Services did not start: Could not build
CA certificate chain for QA Test CA. Cannot find object
or property. 0x80092004 (-2146885628)."

In the System Event Log I get Even ID 7024 "The
Certificate Services service terminated with service-
specific error 2148081668."

If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks,

Mike H.
