Event message, what does this mean??

Not quite true - you may want to worry about this. Especially based on the
name of the computer trying to be master browser, this sounds like it may be
an attack. If THE-BITCH becomes the master browser, it may be able to feed
bad data to the network. Go to the Microsoft Support page, and type in
"mrxsmb" as the search terms, and read about this vulnerability. To hunt
down this computer, go to a command prompt, type "nbtstat -a THE-BITCH".
This will give you the workgroup, mac address, and current logged on user of
that computer. As well, "ping THE-BITCH" will give you the IP address of
the possibly malicious computer. Good Luck!
