when i'm booting my advanced server it is almost stuck on
the phaze that shows "preparing network connections". it takes 10
minutes or
more before he goes on .
i tried to solve that problem my self but failed.
among the things i tried :
-disabling all my network adapters. (dont know if it's relevant)
-moving the A.D. D.B. and the logs to another partition (i didnt find
any
need to compress it 'cause it is a new installation.).
please note that this is a computer that have a lot more of the minimum
requirements, and i didnt had that problem with it the last time i
installed
win2k adv' server on it.
this computer is the only computer on the network right now and it is
dual
booting with windows 98 and professional.
SOMEBODY TOLD ME I HAVE A DNS PROBLEM - IS SO, WHAT SHUOLD I DO ?
i also know many people asking me about it.
please help !!
thanx
