Nat routing help win2k adv server

Hi,

I've set up the nat protocol for internet connection sharing I have 2 nics
one to the net one to the local network

I tested it out in VMWare Linux ( run linux within windows 2k) i set the
linux nic to an address on th elocal network and pointed it to the win 2k
local server nic as gateway and all worked fine

now there is one machine on the network that I want to go through win2k adv
server for security purposes but end up with it's own static internet ip
that it currently has .. how can I do this .. Yes I do have an additional
static ip from my ISp and I just want to get the win98 box through win2k adv
servr eand to the net

the other computers assume the identity of the win2k server when accessing
th enet (like linux ip masquerading)

any help would be greatly appreciated
