Some machines can not see WWW pages through NAT

Symtoms: I have network with some Win98 and WinNT4 machines with DNS Server
and RRAS with NAT on Win2000 ADC, DHCP and RAS on WinNT4 PDC. There are two
domains. When I connect from home to my RAS NT4 PDC it gives me all right
information and I can use network connections to see web pages and get mail.
When I do the same but in LAN it works on some machines and the opposite on
others (All settings are the same / NBTSTATs reseted). What is the thinng?
Thing: tarcert, ping commands resolve DNS and work correctly on all machines
forwarding all requests to the Internet.

settings do not want to work with those settings.
Others can tracert and ping web sites (web names). NSLOOKUP reports my ADC
as DNS server and resolves names correctly. On all machines all OK with
commands. But IE and all Internet applications on some computers still can
not see pages and get mail and so on.
